Shipping + Return

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 shipped within the United States. Otherwise, the standard shipping fee is $5.

All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package Service.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order and 1-4 business days for USPS to ship your order. Typically you can expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days from the day it’s placed.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email.

* International Orders: All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service. Delivery time varies by destination.

- Taiwan: Shipping fee is $5 on all orders.
- Rest of the World: Shipping fee is based on calculated USPS rates on all orders. 

 

 

Returns:

We accept returns for products that:

    1. Are in original, unused condition
    2. Include all original packaging
    3. Are submitted within 14 days of delivery

To return an item, simply email info@unidisturbance.com with ‘RETURN’ in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return. 

All refunds will be applied to your original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and duties.  Your refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected by us.
